Pain relievers and fever reducers, such as paracetamol and ibuprofen. Antiemetics, such as domperidone (Motilium). Antidiarrheals, such as loperamide. Colic-reducing medications, such as hyoscine butylbromide (Buscopan). Oral rehydration solutions.
